You can change your keywords, However we only allow you to change them twice. After you changed your keywords twice your account is locked and you will not be allowed to change them any longer. We put a limit on this because it causes your keywords to rotate and does not allow your keywords to obtain link age. Google is also against this keyword rotation tactic.
